I received an email from a reader who described herself as a vegetarian and faithful Weight Watcher asking if I had any vegetarian recipes to share.

This is a question I get asked with some regularity. So I decided it was time to rifle through the archives and aggregate all my vegetarian recipes into a simple list for easy access, which turns out to be much more extensive than I realized!

  1. Hi; I am enjoying this site and finding it very helpful. This is my second go-around with Weight Watchers. Yesterday, I celebrated my 1 year, still have about 20 pounds to go.
