Yay, thank you!! I too am single and following (AND LOVING) the new WW Freestyle Plan! So far I have lost 56 pounds (since the middle of May). I still have a ways to go, but stick with it. Thank for all of your emails, blog and recipes!!! The thing that is easy when making a bigger recipe is that I can freeze any leftovers (especially soups, chili, etc.).

I have not rejoined WW yet..I joined back in 1972, or so, when it came out and only needed to loose 10 lbs. I have seen many changes since then.
Now I need to loose at least 50 lbs. and I feel my age is not helping. A lot of arthritis and limited movement. Trying to commit.
I read all your emails and save most of them and really feel motivated after seeing them. I will save this one too and use it. Some very useful and encouraging ideas.

Hi Martha - I love your recipes and your site. I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member and have kept over 134 pounds off for 11 years, for which I am proud. Slow and easy does win the race, so that makes me a turtle too. The slow I lost the weight, the longer I kept it off and am still doing it.
I exercise 3 days a week (even with lots of health issues) and it makes my days better by doing it - and it helps keep my weight down. My WW meetings are very important to me too.

Having been on the PP plan, I didn't like the look the new SP when it rolled out, but decided to rejoin this morning to see what the new program would bring.
I was worried about how this update would affect your ebooks but here you are, just hours later, getting me up to date and right on track. Tried Your Slow Cooker Braised Chicken & Vegetables and It Was Amazing!
Good morning Martha. We tried your recipe for slow cooker braised chicken and vegetables this weekend and it was amazing!
The chicken was juicy, tender and very well cooked. The vegetables were really good and flavorful. The only step I added to this recipe is actually roasting the chicken, so I put it in the roasting pan and roasted it for 15 minutes at 350F.
It's a definite keeper - thanks for sharing!!

For The First Time In A Long Time I Feel I Will Be Successful
I've been dieting on and off most of my life and have only increased in weight.
Your newsletter to be yourself will be the key for me, at 70, to lose this weight. Pills, fad diets, 5 times at Weight Watchers, bariatric surgery did not work for me.
