Welcome to the healthiest recipe swap around. Believe it or not, Simple Nourished Living has been publishing favorite easy, healthy recipes since 2008. And including nutritional information and points plus since September of 2011.
But we need your help because we want to become the BEST resource for simple, everyday, healthy recipes the Internet has ever seen! Most of my favorite recipes are the ones given to me by family and friends. And I can’t tell you how many wonderful Weight Watchers friendly recipes I’ve gathered through the years at WW meetings.

Tips for Recipe Submission
Here’s some things that we’ve learned over the years that will help your recipe rise to the top of the heap:
- Make sure that your ingredients are easily found in supermarkets everywhere and that they’re easy to prepare. If you have any helpful tips or shortcuts, be sure to include them – we, and especially our readers – will thank you.
- Share a little bit about what makes your recipe special and different from all the rest.
- We love reading the back story, so be sure to tell us how you came up with the recipe or how it’s been changed through the years.
- Be sure to include a photo of yourself so we can all see who is behind the creation.
- Feel free to submit as many recipes as you like, just be sure to make sure each submission is for one single recipe.
- Once your recipe is scheduled to be featured on Simple Nourished Living, we’ll be sure to let you know so that you can share it with all your friends and family.
