Later, reading Mindless Eating by Brian Wansink helped me understand how today’s environment makes it easy to eat more than we need without even realizing it. I learned simple, sustainable strategies—like using smaller plates and prepping balanced meals—that helped me create a healthier relationship with food.
But the biggest shift came when I discovered The Little Book of Big Change (affiliate link) by Dr. Amy Johnson. That’s when everything finally made sense.
