I hope your day is filled with lots of LOVE and a little something chocolate (if you like chocolate)!
I’ve decided to buck the trend and not post a chocolate recipe today. Instead, I’ve put together a collection of 47 Low Calorie Weight Watchers Friendly Soup Recipes for the Slow Cooker.
Because I’m thinking that by the time you get to read this you may finished with chocolate and ready for the simple, nourishing powers of a warm bowl of soup 🙂

And to say THANK YOU for your incredible support in helping Simple Nourished Living get off to the most incredible start this year!!
I love soup.
All kinds of soup.
Brothy soups.
Creamy Soups.
And hearty, chunky soups.
There’s nothing like walking into the house on a cold day to the inviting smell of soup simmering away in the slow cooker.
We eat soup a lot for supper. Especially at this time of year. With warm crusty bread and maybe a little salad, it makes for a satisfying meal.
So, I’ve searched the archives to round up all the Weight Watchers Friendly Soup Recipes for the Slow Cooker that I’ve posted here on Simple Nourished Living through the years and came up with 47.

Love the recipes. And LOVE that you have me using my slow cooker for so many things other than soup and meat!! Thank you. I look forward to that daily email.
Love your recipes and delicious tasting. Love your FB page too. Have made several recipes now and excellent each time.
I’m really enjoying your recipes and will continue keeping you company on your highway to a year of crock pot recipes! I like that I can toss in the ingredients and leave them to cook (as opposed to browning and pre-cooking, then adding to cooker). There’s nothing like coming home from work and finding dinner ready. I am having to be selective, though. It’s usually the case that my work day is longer than the cooking time. Other than purchasing a programmable crock pot, any suggestions on how to adjust recipes so that food doesn’t overcook and/or turn into mush? I suspect others are in the same boat. Thank you.
I almost forgot to let you know that I shared a comment on your Facebook page too 🙂
I love the variety and different ways you have of making so many dishes in the Crock Pot. I have food allergies and would never think of some of the combinations you have…what awesome ways to make meal planning so much easier! Thank you!
Shared the link from this post on Facebook (Cyndi Walters Henry) and tweeted hencyn77. Thank for the opportunity for a chance to win the crockpot!
I first “liked” your Facebook page weeks ago and also follow by email to be sure that I do not miss any blog posts! I pin recipes nearly daily! Thank you for so many great recipes.
The soup recipe that I want to try first is the Italian beef and lentil!!! Sounds wonderful to me!
Soups are my favorite dishes. I pin your recipes nearly daily. Thank you for such a wonderful blog!
Love your recipes and am eager to try the other soup recipes. Yum!
