On cold days, it’s nice to have soup cooking on the stove or in a slow cooker. It’s like a warm hug from the inside out. I appreciate that many of my go-to soups, stews, and chilis are not only delicious but also low in calories and WeightWatchers Points.

When you’re aiming to eat healthier or lose weight, soups can be great companions. Thanks to their high water content, soups help create a sense of satiety and fullness with fewer calories.  They’re also an excellent way to introduce a diverse array of nutrient-dense ingredients. Whether it’s a hearty vegetable soup or a protein-packed chicken noodle concoction, soups offer an opportunity to load up on vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains in a delicious and nourishing way.

So today, I’m sharing ten of my low calorie favorites.
