6 Favorite Weight Watchers Friendly Soups with 6 SmartPoints or Less
I hope all is well in your corner of the world and that you are keeping cozy and warm, which might be a bit tricky depending on where you live.
One of my favorite ways to warm up from the inside out is with a steaming bowl of delicious, nutritious soup. It’s the perfect “diet” food for this time of year.
On my way home from yoga one morning this week, I decided to stop off at Barnes & Noble for a quick look around before heading home to my laptop.
As expected, diet and fitness books were everywhere.
I don’t know about you, but the last thing I want to contemplate during the long, dark, cold days of winter are freezing cold smoothies. Brrr!!!!
If you live in the southern hemisphere – such as Australia or New Zealand – beginning the new year this way makes perfect sense…because it’s summer!
But winter in the northern hemisphere (and especially the northern half), calls for warm and hearty soups and stews, which can be super slimming too.
It turns out she’s a fellow soup lover, having it most everyday for lunch. The first chapter of her book is labeled “Soup Love” with 19 delicious-looking recipes.
