Martha, I can't stress enough how much I enjoy your blog. I am thankful for the daily email links. I pin the majority of your recipes. I know that the recipes have been critical to my staying on WW SF and eating healthy. I have not reached my goal yet, but these recipes will help me get there eventually. I am so excited about this pin. Don't even know which recipes to make first- difficult to choose.
BTW, using the Casserole Slow Cooker that I won from this site for the first time today. Making a recipe with brown rice, LF cream of soups and chicken thighs and tenders. Trying to remake an old casserole that I used to make in the oven years ago that my family loved so much-- like having chicken, rice and gravy.
Thanks again!!!!!

I’m impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both equally educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you've hit the nail on the head. The issue is something that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about. I'm very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
