Barbecued chicken on the grill is tricky, often resulting in under-cooking, burning, or both.
Why not keep things simple and use your slow cooker instead?
You can still have tasty barbecued chicken without the grill. How great is that?
WW Friendly Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
These slow cooker honey bbq drumsticks are guaranteed to become a family favorite. It's a quick, easy, healthy, tasty chicken recipe you'll turn to again and again.
If you prefer, you can always use skinless chicken thighs instead.
Here's a video showing you how to easily remove the skin from your drumsticks in seconds with paper towels.

The secret key for this recipe is to use your favorite bottled barbecue sauce (affiliate link), spicy, tangy or sweet, to create the flavor you like best.
My favorite bottled BBQ sauces are Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet N' Spicy BBQ Sauce and Stubb's Spicy BBQ Sauce which is tangy and much less sweet.

This sounds vey good, but there is no possible way that a drumstick alone, forgetting about all that gookey sauce, is only 2 points plus. I'd calculate closer to 5 or 6 points plus

Hi Donna, thanks for your comment. This is a BHG recipe and I just grabbed the nutritional information they provided to calculate the points plus. I didn't run it through WW Recipe Builder. I'll recalculate when I have an opportunity. Thanks again.
