If you are on Weight Watchers or trying to eat healthier, you can never have too many easy healthy slow cooker chicken recipes. Making dinner with a slow cooker  is an easy way to eat better and cheaper without having to spend hours in the kitchen. It’s magical. Spend a little time filling your crock pot and then get on withy your day while the slow cooker does most of the work.

Chicken is one of my favorite ingredients to use in a slow cooker. It’s a tasty source of lean protein that requires minimal work.     Martha, I can’t stress enough how much I enjoy your blog. I am thankful for the daily email links. I pin the majority of your recipes. I know that the recipes have been critical to my staying on WW SF and eating healthy. I have not reached my goal yet, but these recipes will help me get there eventually. I am so excited about this pin. Don’t even know which recipes to make first- difficult to choose.
    BTW, using the Casserole Slow Cooker that I won from this site for the first time today. Making a recipe with brown rice, LF cream of soups and chicken thighs and tenders. Trying to remake an old casserole that I used to make in the oven years ago that my family loved so much– like having chicken, rice and gravy.
