16 Slim & Healthy Low Fat Dip Recipes – perfect party food served with raw veggies and/or baked chips – all with nutrition and PointsPlus value information
Shrimp Cocktail with several yummy homemade cocktail sauces to choose from – a great low calorie option with just 2 PointsPlus value in 4 ounces (5 to 6) shrimp
Simple Deviled Eggs, a party and potluck classic, made lighter and healthier with just PointsPlus value per serving
Weight Watchers Pico de Gallo – delicious fresh tomato salsa with 0 PointsPlus
Guacamole – my personal favorite. Serve with light tortilla chips and fresh vegetables and watch it disappear
Skinny Gin & Tonic – fill a tall glass with ice, add 1-1/2 ounces gin and fill almost to the top with club soda, leaving enough room for a splash or two of tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge. (4 PointsPlus value)
Skinny Strawberry Mojito – In a sturdy glass, muddle (gently twist and grind a bit) 10 mint leaves, 4 sliced strawberries, and 4 lime slices by gently pressing on and twisting the mint leaves and lime. Add 1 cup crushed ice, 8 ounces club soda, and 1 ounce rum. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge before serving. (2 PPV)
White Wine Spritzer – mix 5 ounces white wine with an equal amount of seltzer for a light and refreshing summer cocktail (4 PointsPlus value)
Skinny Vodka Lemonade – fill a tall glass with ice, add 1-1/2 ounces vodka and 6 ounces diet lemonade, stir and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon

The grill is a natural cooking choice for July 4th and other summer outdoor parties…

Smoky Orange BBQ Shrimp Skewers – simple, healthy and delicious alternative for the grill (Weight Watchers)
