Can this be used in Instant Pot? If so, any changes to recipe?
Martha McKinnon
Hi Peggy, I haven't done it in the Instant Pot. I'm sure you could do it in the Instant Pot on the Slow Cooker Setting, but I have never tried it using the pressure cooker setting.
Lisa
Made these today OMG they are delicious. I used frozen meatballs and 4 cans of French Onion soup. I’d love to try with Turkey Meatballs if I can find some.

This recipe is delicious...so easy to prepare! I recently purchased a 3 compartment slow cooker. Since I only cook for 2, the small cookers are perfect to make delicious simple nourished meals on the weekend and enjoy them all week long. It feels good to eat healthy as well as delicious foods and to know that I am not deprived.
Annemarie
Hi! Did you defrost the meatballs first? Or use 4 cans with frozen. Still cook as stated if put in frozen? Thanks
Martha McKinnon
Hi Annemarie, I used un-defrosted frozen meatballs. Hope this helps. ~Martha
Lynda
How wou li d you cook these in an Instant Pot?
Martha McKinnon
Hi Lynda, I haven't tried them in the Instant Pot. Based on what I can see on the Internet I would place the onion soup in the pot and then add the meatballs. I would seal the vent and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes and then do a Quick Release. Would love to know how they turn out for you. ~Martha

If not using frozen meatballs... making them from scratch... do you cook them first or add them uncooked to the slow cooker?
Martha McKinnon
Hi Elyce, you could make this recipe with either precooked or uncooked meatballs, whichever you prefer. They will take longer to cook if uncooked, of course. Hope this helps. ~Martha
