I love the idea of using the crock pot, but I am a widow and I can only freeze so much. What are some other alternatives to meals? I was just recently told about stage four renal failure. The doctors feel I can be moved to stage 3 with life style changes. I need low sodium meals/etc. I am looking forward to this journey, but apprehensive.
