Best 2016 Weight Watchers Recipes with SmartPoints & PointsPlus
2016 marks the first full year of Weight Watchers Beyond the Scale Program and transition from PointsPlus to SmartPoints.
Though some members struggled with the transition from points plus to smart points, Oprah lost an impressive 40 pounds since joining and WW reports that those following SmartPoints lost 15% more weight than on prior plans.
After traveling around the web to visit all my favorite Weight Watchers friendly sites - Emily Bites, Slender Kitchen, SkinnyTaste, Cookin Canuck, Snack Girl, Skinny Kitchen, Recipe-Diaries, Drizzle Me Skinny, Eat Yourself Skinny and Organize Yourself Skinny - I'm happy to report that it was a delectable year for Weight Watchers friendly recipes.
