  • Parmesan Cheese – flavor and helps the coating brown. Freshly grated or store-bought both work.
  • Ranch Seasoning – Use your favorite ranch seasoning mix. Adjust the amount if you prefer a milder or stronger ranch flavor.
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast – Chicken breast keeps the nuggets lean and WW-friendly. Cut into evenly sized pieces so they cook at the same rate.
  • Egg Whites 0 help the coating stick without adding extra fat. One whole egg can be used instead if preferred.

How to Make Air Fryer Ranch Chicken Nuggets, Step-by-Step

Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Ingredients including packet of dry ranch seasoning mix, boneless, skinless chicken breast, Panko bread crumbs, egg whites and grated Parmesan cheese on granite counter.

Step 2: In a shallow bowl or large plate, mix together the Panko, Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, add the chicken and then pour over the egg whites, tossing so the chicken is well coated.

Step 4: One by one, lightly shake chicken nuggets to remove excess egg white and then toss in Panko mixture until coated on all sides. Place coated nuggets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
