8ouncesboneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 10 nuggets
1/4cupegg whites (about 2 large eggs)
Instructions
Gather and prepare all ingredients.
In a shallow bowl or large plate, mix together the Panko, Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning.
In a separate bowl, add the chicken and then pour over the egg whites, tossing so the chicken is well coated.
One by one, lightly shake chicken nuggets to remove excess egg white and then toss in Panko mixture until coated on all sides. Place coated nuggets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 390F degrees until chicken is cooked through and turns crispy golden, about 8-10 minutes. If desired, pause cooking at 4-5 minutes and give the air fryer basket a quick shake.
Store any leftover chicken nuggets in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
