As a longtime lifetime Weight Watcher, I get a lot of questions about the program, how it works, the cost, how to join, the pros and cons, recipes, daily SmartPoints budget, calculators, apps, etc.

Many times my answer is a link. A link to a website, blog, article, recipe or video. So! I thought I’d compile all those helpful links into one list. It’s (hopefully) a list that will help answer many of your initial questions.

  1. Hi Martha! I love this list! So helpful. I just bookmarked it so I could come back again and again! My friend and I have been doing a meal planning blog for a while now and when I started doing Weight Watchers a few months ago I started sharing Weight Watcher friendly meal plans. We are working on being another resource for others doing Weight Watchers. I have lost 30 pounds now and I am hoping to have a great success story to share, like you, someday. 🙂 Do you think you could add our blog as another resource on your list? Our blog is http://www.mealplanningmommies.com. Thanks!
