I’m fascinated by food, health and weight and how it all interrelates. As a longtime Weight Watcher, I love searching the internet for easy healthy cooking inspiration. It helps me from getting stuck in a recipe rut.

I have several WW recipe food blogs that I check regularly. I appreciate that they have taken the time to calculate nutritional information and Weight Watchers Points for their recipes, which is a big time saver.

Back in 2008, when I first started this blog, there were only a handful of Weight Watchers food bloggers. Now there are dozens and I discover new ones all the time. I love the variety that this provides.

Just as there is no one way to successfully do Weight Watchers, there is no one approach to cooking. You’ll find Weight Watchers friendly food blogs for all kinds of cooks including baker’s, convenience cooks, comfort food lovers, gourmets, moms, singles and slow cooker aficionados.

My list of favorite food blogs that feature Weight Watchers recipes is now up to 23.

My Favorite Weight Watchers Food Blogs

You definitely don’t have to be on Weight Watchers to be interested in these food blogs and recipe sites. They’re great resources for lighter, healthier eating and when you are interested in knowing the nutritional information of recipes.

  1. I follow several of the ones above and two others are litecravings.com and sweetsavoryandsteph.com – both extremely WW friendly.

  2. A motivating discussion is definitely worth comment. I do think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but usually folks don’t discuss these issues. To the next! Many thanks!

I was a life member before Covid hit. If I come back and work my way back to life, does it still become free membership?
