WW Weekly Topic: Choose Your Moves
I couldn’t help but giggle when I read this week’s WW topic, suggesting that the way to reap the benefits of physical activity is to do something you enjoy. Why? Because this is a topic I first explored here on the the blog way back in 2010! If you are interested in reading more about this interesting subject here are a couple of articles for you:

Easy Healthy WW Friendly Recipes & Links I Bookmarked Week:
Parmesan Crusted Chicken (2 Freestyle SP) – No one loves sacrificing their favorite foods because they are watching what they eat but if we want to see changes, we need to re-think the foods we love and come up with healthier ways to enjoy them. This Parmesan Chicken is one of those. It takes all the delicious flavor of the heavier, fried dish and wraps it into a lighter, baked option that is just as delicious. (Slender Kitchen)
Tortellini Soup with Italian Sausage and Spinach (6 Freestyle SP) – A hearty soup combining Italian sausage, tomatoes, broth and tortellini to warm you inside and out (Recipe Diaries)
Slow Cooker Chicken Chili (0SP) – Zero Point Spicy Chicken Chili that’s made in the slow cooker couldn’t be easier to make and is really delicious. With just enough spice, plenty of veggies, and lean ground chicken you will love all the flavor without any guilt. (Slender Kitchen)

On Simple-Nourished-Living This Week:
Southwestern Beet Salad (2 Freestyle SP) – A few months back while traveling in Morocco my friend Hallie ran across this wonderful rendition of beets. It’s a lighter vegan alternative to the popular combination of beets and goat cheese that seems to pop up everywhere these days.
Fruit & Nut Chocolate Clusters (3 freestyle SP) – With raisins and nuts, my sister was able to create a low-sugar tasty treat that was extremely satisfying and super fast to make. Like a homemade Nestle Chunky Bar only lighter and healthier and perfectly portion-controlled.
Five (5) of the Most Popular Recipes on Simple-Nourished-Living This Week

I have found a wonderful, not to hot Chipotle sauce that is great on chicken, fish and as a salad dressing. It only has 20 calories and 3 carbs in 2 Tbsp and is only 1 point! I ordered it from http://www.foodideasllc.com
