Looking for a fun, easy way to serve fresh fruit? These chocolate-dipped fruit cones turn simple ingredients into a light, no-bake treat.
A little melted chocolate adds just enough sweetness to make it feel special—perfect for a quick dessert, snack, or even a playful addition to a brunch table.

Ingredients & Substitutions
- Mini cake cones – light and portion-friendly (or use sugar or waffle cones for a sweeter option)
- Dark chocolate, chopped – for dipping (milk or semi-sweet work too)
- Coconut oil – helps the chocolate melt smoothly (optional, but helpful)
- Sprinkles or toppings – for fun and texture (try nuts, coconut, or mini chocolate chips)
- Fresh fruit, chopped – berries work especially well (use any firm fruit you like)
- Fresh mint (optional) – adds a fresh, bright finish

How many days in advance can I dip the cone in chocolate Talk
Hi Deborah,
I haven’t made them and stored them ahead but think they would be fine done several days provided you can keep them in a cool place where they won’t melt. Hope this helps. ~Martha
