Here are fun ways to get more Lavender in your life
- Dab a drop or two of essential oil on your temples, wrists or neck before bedtime
- Use a diffuser that sprays a fine mist of water and essential oil into the air
- Take a warm bath with a few drops of lavender oil and epsom salt added to soak away stress
- Smooth a lavender-scented body lotion into your skin before you hit the sheets
- Treat your hands with a DIY lavender lotion bar
- Place two drops of oil on the collar of your pajamas
- Spritz lavender oil on your pillowcases
- Add a few drops to the bottoms of feet to prepare for a restful night's sleep
