I'm only a couple of days into my weight loss endeavor, and I feel just totally out of sorts.
I think a big contributor is a lack of quality sleep.
With a husband and two large dogs that love to stretch out, they don't make a bed big enough for all of us.
Sleeping Dogs in Bed
Lately, I've been up throughout the night thinking about all I need to do, pacing, making lists, and trying not to snack.
I keep a bottle of lavender essential oil (affiliate link) on my nightstand and find that applying 1-2 drops to the bottoms of my feet really helps.

Tonight I'll start a new bedtime routine.
I'll claim my spot in the bed first, will add 3-4 drops of lavender oil and maybe 1-2 drops of grapefruit oil (to curb cravings) to my bedside diffuser, and will apply lavender oil to the bottoms of both feet before turning out the light.
