I love having quick and simple dessert options on hand—especially when a sweet craving hits and I don’t want to derail my WW goals. This 3-ingredient Pineapple Mug Cake is one of my favorite single-serve treats. It is light, fluffy, and comes together in just a couple minutes in the microwave (affiliate link).

If you’re a fan of my popular 2-Ingredient Pineapple Angel Food Cake, this individual version is a must-try. You mix everything right in a mug, cook for about a minute, and dessert is ready. It is perfect for weeknights, portion control, or any time you want something sweet without a lot of fuss.

Rod and I were immediate fans—simple, moist, and full of tropical flavor.
