WW Recipe of the Day: Pasta with Italian Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms
Fusilli pasta tossed with Italian chicken sausage and peppers, onions and mushrooms in marinara sauce. Quick, easy and delicious!

Recipe Notes
When I want to get dinner on the table in 45 minutes or less, I often turn to recipes like this quick and easy pasta dish. The sauce comes together in about the time it takes to boil water and cook the pasta.
In addition to having great flavor, this pasta also got a lot less fat because it uses fully cooked Italian chicken sausage instead of pork.
Experiment until you find a flavor and brand that your satisfied with. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

I brought some for a coworker and she loved it! She asked me for the recipe. This recipe is really easy to prepare and it is delicious!
This came out great! I used campanelle pasta which really captured the sauce. Did not have any marinara sauce so I added some sliced roasted tomatoes and some salsa. Topped with an aged parmesean reggiano. Yum yummy!
Hi Karen, Thanks for taking the time to let us know! Love the idea of sliced roasted tomatoes and salsa in place of the marinara!
