Lighter than your typical quiche—which is usually made with heavy cream—this simple Bisquick-based impossible pie is made with lean ham, Swiss cheese and sliced green onion.
Impossibly Easy Turkey Taco Pie
Dinner doesn’t get much simpler, or fun, than this Impossibly Easy Bisquick Turkey Taco Pie. As the pie bakes, the baking mixture sinks to the bottom forming a nice, light crust holding the yummy taco-spiced turkey and green chile filling. Topped with a little melted cheese, what’s not to like?
Impossible Chicken and Broccoli Pie
This chicken and cheddar broccoli pie really is impossibly easy to make. I even made my own healthy baking mix to use as a Bisquick replacement. With minimal chopping required, you can have this ready to pop in the oven in about 15 minutes. After baking for about 35 minutes, you can have dinner on the table in under an hour. It can also be assembled ahead and refrigerated until you’re ready to bake it.
