- 2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened coconut, optional

- Serve sprinkled with toasted coconut on top, if desired.

Great low cal desserts when the sweet tooth hits
I used cheesecake pudding and inadvertently used the entire container of whipped cream. Added walnuts and marshmallows. This was totally yummy.
