Question about WW personal points. Your recipe calls for the pineapple to be undrained, but the WW ingredients show it as drained. Won’t this make a difference in the point total? Looking forward to making it, by the way.
Martha McKinnon
Hi Vicki, Yes, good catch! I've updated the ingredients in the WW Recipe Builder! Thanks, ~Martha

Easy and quick to make. Light and fluffy. Loved by all!

I wanted to reduce the points because I only get 18 points per day. For anyone interested I used 1 pkg Jello Sugar free Cheese cake pudding, 20 oz of peaches no sugar added and 8Tbsp Cool Whip Zero sugar. I separated it into 4 servings and the WW calculator tracked it at 1 point.

I wanted something sweet and I had saw this dessert and I love pineapple, cool-whip and vanilla pudding so I tried it and it was delicious and very satisfying. Can't wait to try some of the other fluff recipes.
Thanks Martha?
Susan
This is fantastic! I use all sugar free cool whip and pudding. I use pineapple in its own juices. This is good to put in a Graham cracker crust too!
Cyndi
I loved this! Although I did find it to be a little too sweet for me, so in addition to the above recipe I added about 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Thanks so much for this recipe, I’ll be making it often!
Martha McKinnon
Hi Cyndi,
Glad you loved it. Like the idea of adding plain Greek yogurt. In addition to making it less sweet, it also provides a boost of protein! ~Martha

I made this pineapple fluff without the pudding I drained the pineapple and mixed it with whip cream & marshmallows

Martha, hi: I can’t see how the recipe I posted in a link below is a low-point WW recipe. It’s a pineapple fluff variation, but with this much cool whip, I’m getting 15 points per serving. For some reason WW calculator doesn’t give points for cups of Cool Whip, only ounces & tbs. So by my calculation, 2.5 cups of Cool Whip is well over 100 points. Can you help? I’ll be switching to your version since I now feel I’ve made a mistake thinking it was low cal. I think there’s also a variation with cottage cheese added. Which might be better? Thanks! https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/salad/fruit-salad/w-w-low-fat-watergate-salad.html

Hi Theresa,
I put the ingredients in the WW Recipe Builder and it came out to 5 Points per serving. Here's the link: https://cmx.weightwatchers.com/details/MEMBERRECIPE:63d74e6fe9aba5504e5c8860 You could lower the points a little if you use a plain or sugar free yogurt. Hope this helps. ~Martha

How can I fix this recipe? Instead of putting one cup of Cool whip I put two cups, it looks too soupy.
Martha McKinnon
I would add a little more dry pudding. Hope this helps. ~Martha

Very easy to make and so delicious! We like coconut so I added it to the fluff. Add a little rum...pina colada time! ?
Kate
I used cheesecake pudding and inadvertently used the entire container of whipped cream. Added walnuts and marshmallows. This was totally yummy.
