According to the WW App, a 4 ounce serving of sugar-free jello has zero points, while the same size serving of regular jello has 6 points. On WW Personal Points you can count on foods that are high in sugar being high in points!
There are 10 calories in a half cup of sugar-free jello and 80 in half cup serving of the regular kind with sugar.
