Today I'm sharing a recipe for a single serving Crispy Rice Treat you can make in a mug in minutes with just 3 ingredients. If you really enjoy a homemade Rice Krispies treat, but don't want to be tempted by an entire pan of them, this recipe is the perfect solution.

How to Make Single Serve Crispy Rice Treat in a Mug
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients: Crispy Rice Cereal (or any cereal of your choice), light butter, and mini marshmallows
Step 3: Add cereal, mix, and press down to form the treat. Let cool until set, about 10 minutes.

No Rice Krispies? Any crisp rice cereal will work, I used crushed up Special K
Different Cereals? The sky's the limit. Consider trying cornflakes, cheerios, fruit loops, frosted flakes, fruity pebbles, cocoa krispies, golden grahams, cap'n crunch, trix, lucky charms, cinnamon toast crunch, reese's puffs, etc.
Additions? Consider peanut butter, Nutella, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.

Crispy Rice Bars Treat in a Mug
- 18 mini marshmallows
- 1-½ teaspoons light butter
- ½ cup Crispy Rice Cereal (I used crushed up Special K)
- Place the marshmallows and butter in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on High for 30 seconds, or until melted.
- Add the cereal and stir to combine. Press down to form the treat.
- Let cool until set, about 10 minutes. Remove from the mug and enjoy!
