Crispy Rice Bars Treat in a Mug
If you really enjoy a homemade Rice Krispies treat, but don't want to be tempted by an entire pan of them, this single serve recipe is the perfect solution.

Crispy Rice Cereal (I used crushed up Special K)
Instructions
Place the marshmallows and butter in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on High for 30 seconds, or until melted.
Add the cereal and stir to combine. Press down to form the treat.
Let cool until set, about 10 minutes. Remove from the mug and enjoy!

Any crisp rice cereal will work, I used crushed up Special K

The sky’s the limit. Consider trying cornflakes, cheerios, fruit loops, frosted flakes, fruity pebbles, cocoa krispies, golden grahams, cap’n crunch, trix, lucky charms, cinnamon toast crunch, reese’s puffs, etc.
Additions?
Consider peanut butter, Nutella, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.
