WW Recipe of the Day: Low-Fat Cookies ‘n Cream Dip

This super simple creamy dessert dip mixes together in minutes using 5 common ingredients—light whipped topping, fat-free vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, salt and chocolate graham crackers.

And you can easily double or triple this recipe if you are feeding a crowd. But this version serves just six and can be quickly whipped up on the spot, or made ahead and chilled in the refrigerator which results in a slightly thicker dip!

Recipe Notes

You might want to consider making this dip ahead and letting it chill in the refrigerator. I just smeared a little dip that had been in the fridge overnight and really liked the slightly thicker texture. Like a lot!!

    1. Hi Dee,
There would be about 1 heaping tablespoon of crumbs in the 2 crackers. Hope this helps. ~Martha

  1. Hi Martha,
Iโ€™m interested in buying your e-book bundle, and I read that it includes all the points for the different WW plans. How can I calculate for the old WW food exchanges ( fat, dairy, protein, breads, vegetables, fruit)
The old plan from 1989 Quick Success worked for me.
    Sincerely,
    V

  2. 5 stars
Hear. Hear. I agree with Darlene and am also grateful that you still include points plus. Having tried all the subsequent plans, PP is the only one that has been successful for me and am back on that old friend and losing weight slowly but surely. And the cravings that developed while on the blue plan have now almost disappeared.

Thanks for everything you do, Martha. You’re just like an old friend holding my hand and helping me along the way

    1. Thanks, Jane! Happy to help ๐Ÿ™‚ I love having some many wonderful WW Pen Pals like you! It makes the journey so much more enjoyable. All the best. ~Martha
