I made salsa verde beef to use in tacos recently. It was easy and delicious. And a big hit with both Rod and Mom.

This Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Beef has just 3 ingredients: beef, taco seasoning and green salsa. And is best when it cooks low and slow. So it is perfect for a busy day.

To keep it lean I used a rump roast instead of chuck, which is tasty too, but higher in fat.

I love how easy it is to make this salsa beef. We love Mexican food and this recipe is great because you can make it as spicy, or mild, as you like.

Love this. I’ve tried it with chicken and pork too. It doesn’t get any easier. The crockpot can be a life saver for those who hate to be pot watching all day.

    3. Not everybody here uses Slow Cooker or Crockpot however seems like the majority of the recipes have been presented using them. Can we get more using regular cooking pots…
