Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: Spray a large microwavable mug with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in the liquid egg, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin. Mix together well using a fork.

Step 4: Add 2 tablespoons cheese, black beans and jalapeños or chopped green chiles (if using) and stir to combine.
