Happy Friday! Friday has always been my favorite day of the week.
Is there anything better than Friday?
Pizza, perhaps?
Pizza makes my happy 🙂
Combine Friday with pizza and I’m in heaven!
Growing up we often had pizza for supper Friday nights. It was a tradition that I continued through college and into my early working years.

Heck, I love pizza so much I’ve even made it in the crockpot!
Sometimes I satisfy my pizza cravings with lighter, healthier alternatives to traditional pizza that are just as delicious.
I’ve gathered a few of my favorites here for you to check out.
They include pizza-flavored “mini muffin pizza bites,” veggie-crusted pizzas, “English muffin pizzas” and thin crusted pizza flatbreads made from pitas, tortillas, or prepared thin crusts (like boboli or lavosh flatbread).
Even my mom, a huge pizza lover, has started making her own mini pizzas with tortilla crusts at home, instead of heading out to her favorite pizza joint when a craving strikes.
Enjoy!

Just share your dreams, big and small, and you’re automatically entered to win the Hydro Flask (affiliate link).
THE RULES

I would travel around the world!!!!!
mostly things stand in our way because we let them – the less they do, the more free we are to dream and act in the service of our dreams – for me, that’s a combination of service to others, luxuriating in the gift of time, being grateful for the sacrament of the moment…
I would learn to play the piano and/or organ. I played a musical instrument in school and always planned to learn the keyboard “sometime”.
I would create and operate a huge no-kill luxury dog shelter to give abandoned, abused dogs a loving nurturing environment to heal in.
If I could do anything, I would first finish my 14 year home renovation then buy a top of the line RV followed by bringing my husband on board with my business. Then, I’d keep doing what I do (coaching women to be their own boss) but, I’d be coaching from where ever my RV is parked May through September and from my Phoenix home October through April.
If nothing stood in my way… I would take my family on a road trip of all the states from a to z!
Climb Mt Everest and open a restaurant (not sure which would come first).
If nothing stood in my way I would open my own pizza place, run a marathon every weekend and still have plenty of time to spend with my wife and kids! Those truly are my passions…Family, Food and Fun!
I would travel a lot more! Growing up I was fortunate enough to have a family that could take multiple trips and vacations throughout the year. Now, as an adult I find it harder to get away from work without feeling guilty. My husband was the opposite, he maybe went on one or two vacations his whole life until we met. I would love to be able to travel more and have him experience everything that I was lucky enough to experience! Some of my favorite memories were from my trips to Europe and the Caribbean! We recently moved from Virginia to Florida and for the first year it felt like one long vacation! Now I’ve made a commitment to explore our new city and the surrounding cities every chance I can, and try to take at least one “real” vacation a year!
Love this post, and thanks for hosting this giveaway! I would definitely love to travel, go back to school for cosmetology or aromatherapy, and somehow find a way to live where I live now part time, and live near my family part time!
