Ways To Use OnGuard Essential Oil For Travel
With March rapidly approaching, it's time to say goodbye winter and hello sunshine. Spring Break is a popular time for travel.
So if you're one of the many packing your bags and traveling someplace warm, this post is for you.
Travel can put real pressure on our immune system. Even if it's for fun; the stress, jet lag, exposure to sick people, and environmental toxins can all take their toll.
And remember Spring may be in the air, but cold & flu season isn't quite over yet.
For all these reasons, you don't want to leave home without OnGuard Protective Blend essential oil.
Tips For Traveling With Essential Oils
If you were wondering "Can you take bottles of essential oils on a plane?"
The answer is YES!
Here are the TSA regulations for carrying liquids on board... you are allowed to carry as many 5mL, or 15mL, bottles that will fit in a 1-Quart plastic bag.
- 90 mL = 3 ounces
- Six 15 mL bottles = 90 mL = 3 ounces
- Eighteen 5 mL bottles = 90 mL = 3 ounces
Yes, they can go through the x-ray at the airport. While it’s probably better to have them hand-checked, I simply send them through the scanner and they're JUST FINE.
You can pack as many essential oils as you want to in your checked baggage, but be sure to pack them in sealed bags with a few paper towels in case of leakage.
To diffuse or not to diffuse? If I'm taking an extended road trip, I'll usually pack my travel diffuser However, that's not very practical for flying or when space is tight. When I'm packing light, I skip it and use my hands to inhale the oils.
OnGuard is so popular and effective, doTERRA has created a whole product line around this essential oil blend.
They are all pretty amazing, but if I had to choose the best OnGuard products for travel it would be the Beadlets, Sanitizing Mist, and Touch Rollerball.
And I'm not alone. Here's feedback from one of our product users... "Can I possibly thank you enough for the On guard products (affiliate link)? Unlike ALL of the rest of my small group of 6 (that were in their late 20s including a doctor) gramma Hal remained healthy throughout. I was dedicated to my daily pearls (beadlets), the lozenges and the hand sanitizer. Am 100% convinced that this was the reason that after getting sick in EVERY 3rd world country Ive ever visited in 66 yrs, I survived with nary a respiratory or other serious ailment! Yay!" ~ Hallie
These three staples are small, convenient, and easy to use. I carry them in my purse all the time, not just when I'm traveling.
The OnGuard Beadlets can be used anytime for a variety of reasons.
