Looking for a quick breakfast that feels a little special? This chocolate raspberry yogurt parfait is creamy, sweet, and just a little indulgent—without going overboard.
It’s what I turn to when I’m in a breakfast rut and want something easy but a bit more fun than usual.
Creamy, chewy, sweet, and a little tart, this parfait is a delicious mix of flavors and textures—and a fun way to change up your usual routine.
Perfect for warm mornings, but honestly, it feels just as right for a simple Valentine’s Day treat or an easy dessert.

Ingredients & Substitutions
- Nonfat raspberry yogurt – I used Chobani; use your favorite flavor or brand
- Fiber One chocolate brownie – adds a chocolatey, cake-like layer (or use another light brownie or granola)
- Fresh raspberries – for bright, tart contrast (frozen, thawed work too)
