If you love the flavors of buffalo chicken wings but want something lighter, quicker, and a whole lot easier to eat for lunch or dinner, this Easy Buffalo Chicken Wrap is going to become a regular in your meal rotation.
Made with shredded chicken, hot sauce, crisp lettuce, crunchy carrots, creamy dressing, and tangy blue cheese all wrapped inside a soft high-fiber tortilla, this healthy buffalo chicken wrap delivers big flavor for surprisingly few calories and WW Points.
It’s one of my favorite ways to use leftover rotisserie chicken, — one of my favorite Weight Watchers-friendly shortcuts for quick meals that help keep healthy eating simple and realistic.
Best of all, these wraps come together in about 10 minutes, making them perfect for busy weekdays, quick lunches, easy dinners, or anytime a buffalo chicken craving hits.

Why You’ll Love This Buffalo Chicken Wrap
- Quick and easy — ready in minutes
- Great use for leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken
- Packed with flavor and crunch
- High in protein and lower in calories
- Easy to customize
- WW-friendly and satisfying
Ingredients & Substitutions
- Shredded cooked chicken breast – Rotisserie chicken makes this recipe incredibly easy, but any cooked shredded chicken works well.
- Buffalo wing sauce – I usually use Frank’s RedHot Wing Sauce. Use mild, medium, or hot depending on your spice preference.
- High-fiber low-carb tortilla – I like Ole Xtreme Wellness tortillas because they are soft, filling, and low in WW Points. Any wrap, tortilla, lavash bread, or flatbread can work.
- Blue cheese crumbles – Adds classic buffalo wing flavor. If you aren’t a blue cheese fan, substitute feta, shredded mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar.
- Shredded carrots – Add crunch, color, and natural sweetness.
- Green onion – Adds freshness and a little bite.
- Romaine lettuce – Crisp and refreshing. Iceberg, spinach, cabbage, or mixed greens also work.
- Light ranch dressing – Adds creaminess and cools down the spice. You can substitute blue cheese dressing, Greek yogurt ranch, or simply use extra hot sauce.
