So it’s no surprise that this recipe for Nutella puff pastries caught my eye. With just two ingredients and a small portion size, they offer that warm, flaky, chocolatey bite I love — without being overly heavy. How to Make 2-Ingredient Nutella Puff Pastry Bites Step-by-Step
Step 1: Gather and prepare ingredients and workspace. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a clean work surface, sprinkled with flour or lined with parchment paper.

Step 3: Lightly smooth the surface of the pastry sheet with your hands or a rolling pin (affiliate link). Cut the sheet into 12 squares with a pizza cutter (affiliate link) or sharp knife.
Step 4: Add 1 teaspoon of Nutella to the middle of each square.

Fold the dough in half, covering the Nutella.
Step 5: Dip your fingers in a small bowl (affiliate link) of water and using wet fingers, seal the three sides of pastry.

Step 6: Gently lift the sealed dough puff and place on prepared baking sheet (affiliate link). (I like to line mine with a silpat (affiliate link) for easy cleanup.) Repeat for remaining pastry squares.
Step 7: Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.

Step 8: Remove pastries to a wire cooling rack (affiliate link).

- Use about ½ teaspoon of Nutella per square
