WW Recipe of the Day: Frozen Strawberry Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Bark

Looking for a simple frozen dessert that takes just minutes to prepare and requires only a handful of common ingredients?

This 5-ingredient frozen Greek yogurt bark with fresh strawberries and mini chocolate chips is a family favorite that might just fit the bill.

You’ll need to let this freeze completely (for at least 3 hours) before cutting and serving, but it quickly mixies together in about 10 minutes.

Recipe Notes, Substitutions and Variations

  • Using full-fat, whole-milk yogurt will ensure that you’re getting the creamiest dessert bark.
  • Make ahead option: Follow steps 1-6. Once frozen, store in an airtight container between sheets of parchment paper. Before serving, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes, or until soft enough to slice into 8 equal pieces.

Serving Suggestions

If you don’t have any problem biting into ice cubes or ice cream, you can enjoy this frozen yogurt bark right from the freezer. Personally, I prefer to let mine sit on the counter at room temperature for a few minutes before indulging. This will soften it just enough so that I can still enjoy all the fruity cold creaminess!

Ways to Use Leftovers

  • If you have any leftover bark, be sure to store in the freezer in an air tight container.
  • Let a piece soften at room temperature for a few minutes and top with a couple spoonfuls of your favorite granola.
  • Toss a piece of frozen yogurt bark into the blender (affiliate link) while making your morning smoothie.
  • Break a graham cracker, or chocolate graham cracker, in half and place one piece of frozen yogurt bark between the two crackers for a healthy “ice cream sandwich.”

While not exactly frozen, this Raspberry and Toasted Quinoa Dark Chocolate Bark is a new favorite that does need a little time in the refrigerator (or freezer) to set:
