WW Recipe of the Day: Frozen Strawberry Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Bark

This 5-ingredient frozen Greek yogurt bark with fresh strawberries and mini chocolate chips is a family favorite that might just fit the bill.
You'll need to let this freeze completely (for at least 3 hours) before cutting and serving, but it quickly mixies together in about 10 minutes.

How to Make Strawberry Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Bark
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: Line a loaf pan (affiliate link) (8x4-inch or 9x5-inch) with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla until well mixed, smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Spoon the yogurt into the prepared pan and smooth into even layer.

Step 5: Sprinkle half the chocolate chips over the yogurt.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top of the strawberries.

Step 6: Place in freezer until very firm, at least 3 hours.
Step 7: Remove yogurt slab from the pan by lifting the parchment paper and set on cutting board (affiliate link). Cut into 8 equal pieces.
