Eating more heathy and taking off the last 10 lbs. My friends that walk with me keep on track!
Lose a lot of weight. Eat/Cook more healthy. Drink more water.
Buddy system with a friend. We share our stories about the gyms we belong too.
Regaining my health, and making that a priority.
What is your priority for the new year? Family – working on health goals to hopefully to have a child.
What helps you to stay on track? My whys – the desire for family and I’m going to Hawaii
My priority is to lose weight. I’m starting slowly and starting with drinking more water.
Taking more time for myself.
Haven’t found it yet.
Getting back on track and to my goal weight, just turned 60 taking no meds and want to keep it that way.
My priority for this year is to get my weight under control. My health is fine, so far, and I want to keep it that way. I’m 70 and not on any medication and I’d like to keep it like that.
To keep myself on track I really have to keep focused on what I’m doing, when I start having my “devil may care” attitude I start slipping up and it takes me a while to get back on track.
Getting to my goal weight, stop the mindless eating and get back to walking 5-6 days a week
