  1. My priority this year is to maintain my weight loss. To help me stay on track is that I am in the process of becoming a Weight Watcher leader.

  2. My priority is to get healthier so that I can stop taking some of the medicines I take now.
    How I stay on track is weighing myself daily on my Shapa scale and not getting a number but a color that keeps me motivated to continue to make better choices for me.

  3. 1. My priority for the new year is to PURGE as much as I possibly could. I need to organize my spaces and feel that freedom of letting go. This is both an emotional purge as well as a physical purge. I have gotten rid of many bags of garbage since Jan 1.

    2. Great healthy food blogs help me stay on track. I have been out of ideas and inspiration for years. I thank GOD for the hard working bloggers who keep coming up with very interesting, healthy dishes.

  4. My priority for the new year is to achieve my WW goal and become a lifetime member.

    Tracking helps keep me focused and helps me be more mindful of my food choices.

  5. Continue my weight loss journey … 40 pounds gone so far… and continue to workout to get in overall better shape. My motivatation is not only wanting to live longer but to be healthier before I spend almost a month inEurope in October and meeting in person friends I have only known online. I also am looking forward to s healthier me when the day comes I have a grandchild.

  6. My priority is to be healthier by eating well and losing weight. To keep myself on track I attend weekly WW meetings, exercise, and track everything I eat. I also drink plenty of water.
