What is your priority for the new year?
I joined DietBet for the first time and my goal is to stay on it until July, which would make me lose 30 pounds.
What helps you to stay on track?
My bestie is a fitness guru!! She keeps me going.
My priority for the new year is to get healthy. My kids and hubby help me stay on track.
Eating healthier and exercising more/Weight Watchers and Buddy System for exercising!
My priority for the new year is to get off the plateau I’m on with my WW journey and start going down again.
What helps me stay on track is actually tracking what I’m eating – every single thing that goes in my mouth.
1. My priority is to get back to my 1985 wedding weight this year.
2. Pre planning food for the week on Sunday nights helps keep me on track
Have been recently diagnosed with blood cancer so my goal is to get into much better shape to cope with whatever comes. What is helping me is joining the Y, I met with a dietitian and never going hungry, I always have yogurt and nuts at home so I don’t let myself get famished. Also using websites like yours for encouragement and recipes. Thank you.

I’m eating healthy instead of “dieting” and it keeps me on track because I’m not depriving myself anymore.
My priority this year is to lose the last 27 pounds and hit my WW goal weight. I stay on track by getting my exercise in every day. Somehow that helps keep me grounded and I make better choices throughout the day
My priority is to be healthier and to be at a weight that limits the pain in my knees. I’m 72, so I have struggled for longer than many women are old. I find help with the support of WW, OA, and internet web sites. The meal plans and recipes have been of most help to me.
