This year my priority is to stay on goal. Having done the weight loss work many times before...I want to ingrain this wonderful way of eating and thinking and know I can and will stay at my healthy weight this time!
To help me stay on track I have come to enjoy tracking and preplanning so I am not caught by surprise too many times . I do like to cook our meals most days and not feel deprived of a small indulgence if I plan for it. We have learned to love all the roasted vegetables and combinations that we can make with them!!
