Getting back to my Lifetime goal weight. W.W. and meal planning help me with this!
My priority is losing weight to keep my blood glucose and blood pressure under control. At 71 I’m finding I have to work harder at this and WW helps me do that.
1. My priority is striving to make this 65 year old body the healthiest it’s ever been!
2. I try to stay on track with daily inspirational motivation, from this website, myself, and from my husband.
This year my priority is to stay on goal. Having done the weight loss work many times before…I want to ingrain this wonderful way of eating and thinking and know I can and will stay at my healthy weight this time!
To help me stay on track I have come to enjoy tracking and preplanning so I am not caught by surprise too many times . I do like to cook our meals most days and not feel deprived of a small indulgence if I plan for it. We have learned to love all the roasted vegetables and combinations that we can make with them!!
