Ingredients
- 1 large high fiber low carb tortilla (affiliate link) – There are so many options on supermarket shelves to choose from.
- Reduced fat cream cheese – Plain or your favorite flavor. I like Garden Vegetable and Chive and Onion.
- Everything bagel seasoning (affiliate link) – I get mine at Trader Joes but most Supermarkets now have a version available in the spice aisle.
- Sliced avocado – Guacamole would also work here.
- Chopped sundried tomatoes – The recipe calls for sun-dried tomatoes not packed in oil. I’ve also used the kind packed in oil, draining and blotting them well.
- Precooked real crumbled bacon – Crumbled turkey bacon will also work as will your favorite vegetarian bacon bit.
- Chopped fresh spinach – Any chopped or shredded lettuce will work in this easy wrap.
How to Make Low Carb Avocado Bacon Wrap, Step by Step
Step 1: Assemble and prep your ingredients…
- Low carb high fiber wrap (such as those from Extreme Wellness)
- Reduced fat cream cheese
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Sliced avocado
- Real bacon bits
- Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Chopped fresh spinach

Step 2: Make your wrap: spread the tortilla with cream cheese and then sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning (affiliate link). Top with avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon and spinach.

Step 3: Fold in half or wrap like a burrito and enjoy!

Recipe Notes, Variations and Substitutions
- Warm the tortilla in the microwave (affiliate link) for a few seconds to make it easier to fold.
- Add sliced hardboiled egg, egg salad, or sliced turkey or chicken for a heartier sandwich.
- Skip the sun-dried tomatoes and add chopped fresh tomato instead.
- Substitute your favorite lettuce for the chopped spinach. I like roughly chopped arugula.
- Warm the tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds to make it easier to fold.
- Use a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese in place of the reduced fat cream cheese.
- No everything but the bagel seasoning? Use whatever seasoning blend you prefer? I love Mrs. Dash.
