How to Make these Chocolate Almond Coconut Truffles, Step-by-Step
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: Blend the avocado in a food processor (affiliate link) until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Add in cocoa powder, vanilla and almond extract and continue processing until thoroughly combined.

Step 4: In a medium microwave (affiliate link)-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 30 second increments until melted. Stir well to ensure all chips are melted and chocolate smooth.

Step 5: Stir avocado mixture into the melted chocolate until well mixed.

Step 6: Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 7: When you’re ready to roll truffles, add sweetened coconut flakes to a shallow bowl.
