How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar Jello Knox Blox, Step-by-Step
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: In a medium sauce pan, whisk together 1 cup apple juice, apple cider vinegar and honey. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer.

Step 3: Meanwhile, add the remaining 1/2 cup apple juice to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let stand for 2 minutes to bloom. (Blooming allows the gelatin granules to evenly absorb the liquid. When later dissolved in hot liquid, this will ensure it sets evenly without any lumps.)

Step 4: Gradually pour the hot liquid into the gelatin mixture, while continuously whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 5: Pour into 8×8-inch pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Step 6: Remove pan from refrigerator and cut into 24 blocks.

Step 7: Store any remaining jello in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes
Blooming allows the gelatin granules to evenly absorb the liquid. This helps ensure that when later dissolved in hot liquid, the jello sets evenly without any lumps.
Apple cider vinegar (fermented apple juice) is a popular home health remedy with potentially helpful properties with only 3 calories per tablespoon. These slightly sweet, yet sour, jello snack blocks with a unique taste give you another way to enjoy all the benefits cider vinegar has to offer.
