How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar Jello Knox Blox
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: In a medium sauce pan, whisk together 1 cup apple juice, apple cider vinegar and honey. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer.
Step 3: Meanwhile, add the remaining ½ cup apple juice to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let stand for 2 minutes to bloom. (Blooming allows the gelatin granules to evenly absorb the liquid. When later dissolved in hot liquid, this will ensure it sets evenly without any lumps.)

Step 4: Gradually pour the hot liquid into the gelatin mixture, while continuously whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
