How to Make No Bake Coconut Cream Candy Bar Pie, Step-by-Step

Step 1: Gather your ingredients

Sweetened flaked coconut, low-fat milk, sugar free instant vanilla pudding, lite whipped topping, coconut extract, Oreo pre-made piecrust, sugar free chocolate syrup or ice cream topping.

Step2: Toast the coconut.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the toasted coconut and the coconut extract. Gently fold in the whipped topping being careful not to over-mix it.

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1-1/3 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 package (4-serving size) sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1-3/4 cups lite whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 Oreo pre-made pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup or ice cream topping

  • Toast the coconut: In a medium skillet set over medium low heat, stir the coconut around, until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Watch closely so it doesn't burn. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
