So in video #1 she ate about 800 calories. Maybe 1000. Sorry but that's not healthy. Weight Watchers gives us the points because we need them - not just to lose weight, but to get enough nutrition. I love all these videos! Thank you so much for sharing. I'm going to follow some of these women on YouTube now.

Some of these videos are showing people consuming only around 800 - 1000 calories in a day which, if this is a typical day - and I assume it is - is not healthy. Losing weight isn't about consuming alarmingly low calories or points on a regular basis. These videos can be misleading and give the wrong idea to people who are interested in the Weight Watchers program.
Weight Watchers gives me 23 points a day for more than just weight loss, it's to make sure I get enough nutrition.

I agree with the previous comments. These meals stay within the points allowed but they are not healthy and would not, for me, be sustainable. Points are not everything.
Ellen
Some of these meals are horrifying - fake sugar, lots of chemicals, frozen dinners loaded with sodium. This isn't the point - the point is to learn how to eat portion-controlled healthy food!
Angie
What works for one person may not work for another, instead of tearing down what one has made to help someone with, which I appreciate lets lift each other up. Kudos for taking the time to share these I got lots of great ideas! Blessings.
