I was always busy taking care of everyone else because it came easy. But I forgot to take care of myself.
What Was Your Wake-Up Call Or “A-Ha Moment” That Caused You To Really Commit Yourself To Succeeding?
My biggest wakeup call was a year ago when we were at a amusement park and I wasn’t able to ride a ride with my daughter because the seat belt wouldn’t buckle. I was humiliated having to ask my husband to ride with our daughter since I couldn’t get it buckled. I will never forget that feeling so I promised myself I would change.
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
My old favorites were chips and fries and don’t forget about the good old Starbucks everyday.
I would drop my daughter off to school and eat a whole container of Pringles—without a second thought—while she was at school.
Now I don’t touch fries or chips since they were my trigger foods and I am very mindful of what I put in my mouth.
What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
I exercised before losing weight but was in pain because of being so heavy. Now working out is very calming to me and I can do it without being in pain.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
Knowing that I can do it is payment enough!!!
How Much Weight Have You Lost? How Long Did It Take You To Lose It?
I started February 6, 2019, and since then I have loss 71.4 pounds
