Tell Us A Little Bit About Your Weight Struggle
I was trying a little bit of everything and I could not find a way to lose weight until I kept seeing the WW commercials. I never felt happy in some clothes or bathing suits, so I knew it was time for a change!
What Was Your Wake-Up Call Or “A-Ha Moment” That Caused You To Really Commit Yourself To Succeeding?
I just was not happy with the way I looked sometimes, so I found WW (which did not feel like a diet to me.) I stuck with it, and I lost 50 pounds.
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
I made my own diet plan with WW, and I stuck to it pretty much every day. I had to sneak treats every once in a while because I am human. I still stick to the same sort of eating habits, but I am branching out to new foods to try!
What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
Before, I was new to running, but now I love to run. I also cycle.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
I love the way I feel. I have never been so happy for myself by doing this. I am so glad I did this for myself. It was not easy, but it was SO WORTH IT!!!! I am so proud of myself.

How Much Weight Have You Lost? How Long Did It Take You To Lose It?
I have lost 50 pounds in a little over 6 months.
Any Advice and/or Words of Wisdom for Others Who Are Struggling?
Never give up. Nothing is ever easy. You will be so proud of yourself when you reach your goal.
