I super excited about today’s post and giveaway!

Health, wellness, and weight loss expert, Liz Josefsberg, (a contributor to Simple Nourished Living) is giving us a sneak peek at her new book, Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight-Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps (affiliate link), which launches on December 19th.

Liz was kind enough to send me an early copy last week and has generously offered to share copies with ten randomly selected readers! How awesome is that?

Target 100 is meant to boost your results on any weight loss program. You can layer it right on top of your existing plan, like Weight Watchers, and feel the added boost of making changes to not only food and exercise, but sleep, stress and hydration.

It is a truly holistic approach with a simple yet powerful message: You don’t need to be perfect to lose weight, or transform yourself inso someone you’re not. You can lose weight for good, with the world’s simplest weight loss program.

Read on for all the details…

Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps!

Want to know the real secrets of lasting weight loss?

In her new book launching December 19th, Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight-Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps (affiliate link), Liz takes us behind the scenes of some of the worlds biggest weight loss companies including her 11 years at Weight Watchers.

Liz was instrumental in writing weight loss programs for them and helped some of their biggest stars lose weight. If you’ve seen the amazing transformations of stars like Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Simpson, you know Liz’s work.

Over 15 years in the weight loss industry and a weight loss success story losing 65 pounds herself, Liz speaks a brand new language to teach the kind of lasting lifestyle modification that is good for the entire family!

She knows that weight loss is about more than food and gives real-life strategies to upend bad habits. Liz expands the focus from just food and exercise into educating in the pillars of nutrition, hydration, stress relief, sleep and exercise.

More importantly, she intends to create a viral, wellness movement. If you love her book she instructs you on how you can create a “book club” with your family and friends, including an easy to follow 10-week program for change.

She knows the power of creating a support system around you is instrumental. She helped 75 of Jennifer Hudson’s family members lose over 2,000 pounds and found herself on Oprah telling the story. She also created a support group of Jessica Simpson’s friends and family, meeting them each Wednesday in L.A to help Jessica lose over 50 pounds of baby weight…twice!

Target 100 is meant to boost your results on any weight loss program. Liz wrote it to complement and teach how to engage more fully and have more success with long-term habit change and weight loss. Layer it right on top of your existing plan and feel the added boost of making changes to not only food and exercise, but sleep, stress and hydration.

  1. I would be interested in learning more about Liz’s secret to losing weight. I have been trying the intermittent fasting, Eat Stop Eat, that you had endorsed recently and it is working great for me! I have lost about 13 lbs over the past 4 weeks since I started it and feel really good. I would love to have another layer to help me to continue on this downward journey 🙂 I would like to be part of the virtual book club and, even if I do not win the book, I will be purchasing it!
Thank you for all you do!

  2. I’m a current member of WW and, although my weight loss has been very gradual, it has been very sane. Goodbye fad diets and hello to real life. I would love Liz’ book to add to my “sanity armor “ in the life long efforts to be a healthy weight and happy with my life choice to do it gradually and healthfully. I’m very interested in a virtual book club! Please keep us posted and thank you ? so very much for all your amazing work on behalf of good health and wellness.

    Best and blessings to you
    Chrys

  3. I am very interested in this book. I like the idea of a more holistic approach, changing the whole person and not just the weight!
And yes! I would be very interested in an online support club!!!

  4. As a ” new “diabetic I am trying to find my way to make the WW’s program work for my new problem.
Anything that might help me would be greatly appreciated. This sounds interesting. As an avid book reader I might enjoy the book club.

  5. I would love to get off the yo-yo diet train! I would love to read her insight as to how to lose weight and keep it off.

  6. I am interested Liz’s book because weight loss is a simple concept, yet it challenges all of us. Sometimes you just need to hear how others have been successful, try their tips and find what works for you.

  7. I am interested in that her ideas are to be layered onto an existing program. (I am a die hard Weight Watcher). Yes, I would be interested in a virtual book club. I enjoyed the last book club about mindless eating.

  8. This book sounds like it was written for me! Figuring out how to maintain weight loss is something I struggle with. Every single time I lose the weight I somehow manage to gain some of it back. Obviously my “techniques” aren’t really working. Yes, I would love to be involved with a live book club. Sounds perfect for me! Thank you for this opportunity.

  9. I find this approach interesting in that it’s not just about following a diet – and if I could learn steps that would help me stick to the program, and stay the course – that would be wonderful.

And yes, a book club would be great!
